Performance
This product is a strong cationic polyelectrolyte, with a colorless to light yellow viscous liquid appearance. The freezing point is about -2.8 ℃, the specific gravity is about 1.04g/cm3, and the decomposition temperature is 280-300 ℃. It is easily soluble in water, nonflammable, has strong cohesion, good hydrolysis stability, does not form gel, is insensitive to changes in PH value, and has chlorine resistance. This product is non-toxic and has no adverse reactions to the human body. It is the only synthetic cationic quaternary ammonium salt polyelectrolyte approved by the United States Department of Public Health (USPHS) for drinking water purification processes. It is safe and reliable to use, and has mild corrosion. In water treatment, this product has both strong electric neutralization and adsorption bridging effects, therefore it has good flocculation and sedimentation performance. It also has significant effects in decolorization, algae killing, and organic matter removal.

purpose
Widely used as a cationic coagulant in drinking water and various industrial wastewater, urban wastewater, coal washing wastewater treatment, sludge, mining, and mineral processing processes; Used as a formaldehyde free fixing agent in the textile industry; Used as an anionic garbage catcher and AKD ripening promoter in the papermaking process; Used in the oilfield industry as a clay stabilizer for drilling and a cationic modifier for acidizing and fracturing in water injection. In addition, it is also used as a conditioner, antistatic agent, humidifier, shampoo, and skincare emollient.
Usage method
The sequence of procedures depends on the processing technology and testing
A. Wastewater pretreatment
Adjust the pH value to neutral with hydrated lime
B. Solution preparation
1. Start the inorganic flocculant configuration kettle and stir, slowly pour polyaluminum chloride into the water, stir thoroughly, and prepare a 5% polyaluminum chloride solution
2. Start the organic flocculant configuration kettle and stir, slowly add the dye wastewater decolorizer to the water, stir thoroughly, and prepare a 3 ‰ decolorizer solution
C. Bleaching treatment (water temperature between 15-30 ℃)
1. Turn on the sewage treatment tank and stir at high speed. Add 5-15kg of the above polyaluminum chloride solution while stirring
2. Reduce the stirring speed and add 2-10Kg of the above-mentioned decolorizing agent solution while stirring
3. Slowly stir for a period of time

Reference dosage: 0.2-0.7mg/L.
Packaging and Storage
Using PE plastic bucket of 125kg and IBC bucket of 1000KG. Sealed packaging, sealed storage, avoiding contact with strong oxidizing agents. The validity period is two years and can be transported as non hazardous goods.
