AKD ripening accelerator
Product Introduction:
Our company provides four AKD ripening accelerator products, which can solve the lag problem of AKD ripening for different paper grades and different sizing conditions. It is added into AKD (alkyl ketene dimer) lotion as accelerator and bactericide, providing strong cationic component protector for the "third generation" high solid content AKD lotion, greatly limiting the hydrolysis and migration tendency of AKD, and promoting the maturation of AKD.

Purpose:
This product is used in the alkaline sizing system of AKD (alkyl ketene dimer), greatly limiting the hydrolysis and migration tendency of AKD. The "third generation" AKD is mainly used for multi-purpose copy paper filled with precipitated calcium carbonate. After recycling paper containing cationic polymers, 60% of the cationic polymers can still be adsorbed on the fibers, which can give the paper good water increasing performance. Cationic surfactants can be used in deinking agents for waste paper. Longqi floats water-based aniline inks, and the hydrophilic group of cations is easily adsorbed onto the surface of ink particles, exhibiting hydrophobicity and enhancing the adsorption of ink particles and bubbles. After flotation, the pulp has a higher whiteness. This product can also be used as a cationic surfactant component for resin control agents in pulp making.
Usage:
Before starting the machine, conduct a small test to determine the application method and dosage.
Reference dosage: one ton of fresh 15% AKD lotion is added with 20-30Kg of the product, and the specific dosage depends on the actual situation.
Packaging and storage and transportation:
Using PE plastic bucket of 125kg. IBC bucket 1000KG. Sealed packaging, sealed storage, avoiding contact with strong oxidants. The validity period is two years and can be transported as non hazardous goods.
