This product is a quaternary ammonium salt type cationic water-soluble polymer that can be used as an anionic (DCS) waste catcher in the papermaking process. It can effectively improve the sizing effect, improve the retention rate of fillers, solve many problems caused by anionic waste, improve the operational performance of paper machines, extend the service life of nets and blankets, reduce the steam consumption of drying cylinders, and increase vehicle speed and production.

Usage method

During the papermaking process, retention and filtration aids such as amphoteric starch or polyacrylamide (cPAM) are mixed and directly added to the pulp or white water system.

Scope of use:

Various types of paper, including photocopy paper, newsprint, coated paper, coated paper, kraft paper, etc.

The process conditions of each factory are different. Adjust the Zeta potential between 2-6mv and control it through a PCD meter. The specific dosage and potential control should be adjusted according to the specific process through the sample.

Packaging and Storage

Using PE plastic bucket of 125kg and IBC bucket of 1000KG. Sealed packaging, sealed storage, avoiding contact with strong oxidizing agents. The validity period is two years and can be transported as non hazardous goods.
