Product Introduction

This product is a strong cationic polyelectrolyte, with a colorless to light yellow viscous liquid appearance. Safe, non-toxic, easily soluble in water, nonflammable, strong cohesive force, good hydrolysis stability, non gel forming, insensitive to pH changes, and chlorine resistant. The freezing point is about -2.8 ℃, the specific gravity is about 1.04g/cm3, and the decomposition temperature is 280-300 ℃. This product has a medium molecular weight, high charge density, and certain compatibility with other non ionic and cationic surfactants. This product does not contain formaldehyde and can form a film on the fabric. It has strong fixation ability and can improve dyeing fastness, making the fabric bright and lustrous.

The fixation of reactive dyes and direct dyes or the fixation of printed fabrics, especially suitable for natural fabrics such as cotton and linen, is non-toxic, odorless, safe, and environmentally friendly. LYPF-321-3 has a significant fixation effect on knitted fabrics.

Usage method

Before starting the machine, conduct a small test to determine the method and dosage.

Reference process and dosage:

Exhaustion method: Adjust the pH value to 4-5 and treat at 55-60 ℃ for 15 minutes,

Dry lightly at 0.3-0.5% (O.W.F)

Medium color 0.5-1.0% (O.W.F) drying

Dark 1.0-2.0% (O.W.F) drying

Dip dyeing method: light color 2.5-5.0g/L

Medium 5.0-10g/L

Dark 10-20g/L

Packaging and Storage

Using PE plastic bucket of 125kg and IBC bucket of 1000KG

Sealed packaging, sealed storage, avoiding contact with strong oxidizing agents.

The validity period is two years and can be transported as non hazardous goods.
